pka365 Platform User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pka365 website, accessible at https://pka365.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", "pka365"). By accessing, browsing or otherwise using any part of this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Your continued access to and use of pka365 constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent amendments made to them.

pka365 is operated as an independent, English-language information and editorial platform. It is not a licensed gambling operator. • pka365 does not hold a gambling licence issued by any jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

• pka365 does not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any regulatory authority in Pakistan.

Nothing published on pka365 constitutes financial, legal or gambling advice. Users are solely responsible for the decisions they make based on information found on this Platform.

Access to and use of pka365 is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

4.1 Age Requirement

All original content published on pka365 — including but not limited to articles, guides, reviews, editorial copy, structural layouts, page design, graphics and selection and arrangement of information — is the intellectual property of pka365 or its respective content contributors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce or duplicate the Content for any purpose other than personal reference;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on the Content;
• Publish, distribute, transmit or publicly display the Content without our express permission;
• Sell, license or otherwise commercially exploit the Content.

Third-party brand names, trademarks and logos referenced on pka365 — including but not limited to cricket league names, payment provider names (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) and sports organisation names — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. pka365 provides all Content on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, we expressly disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the Content is accurate, current, complete, reliable or error-free;
• Any warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, free of errors or viruses;
• Any warranty regarding the results or outcomes that may be obtained from using the Platform.
